Taking Pictures of People Who Take Pictures of Themselves is a book of portraits concerning the gaze, the self-awareness, and the dedication of participants in an Internet fashion message board community: Superfuture. Through their shared interests of fashion and the accessibility of the Internet, the phenomenon of daily self-portraits are now a reflection of social media, fashion, and everyday communication.

By removing the element of control from the subjects' normal self-portrait routine, this body of work allows us to projects our own perceptions of youth, fashion, beauty, and self-image onto these strangers. Many of the subjects from this book are now offline and working in various professional industries related to topics covered by Superfuture.

This is my first self-published photography book.

It's A4 format, 112 pages, and has a softcover with a black-on-black debossed title.
